About BRIGADOON 2025
Welcome to the 44th BRIGADOON, a Scottish Highland Gathering held in Bundanoon, NSW. Brigadoon 2024 (scheduled to take place on Saturday 6 April) has been rescheduled to Saturday 5 April 2025.
All existing (non-refunded) ticket/s from the original date are valid for our new date without the need for exchange (please just present your original ticket/s on arrival).
The Street Parade starts at 9.00am featuring over 25 Pipe Bands and marching Clans & Scottish Societies.
The Opening Ceremony begins at 10.00am The Gathering is officially opened by the Chieftain of the Day.
Spectators are then treated to a spectacular Massed Pipes and Drums display. The sheer pageantry of the display has to be seen to be appreciated; the magic of the occasion leaves one breathless.
At the Oval there are over 80specialist stalls, selling everything Scottish, from pies & shortbread to Clan memorabilia & souvenirs, with plenty of food promoting many nationalities, even the Scots’ favourite, the Haggis
Everyone is made most welcome at the gathering and encouraged to participate in the traditional and not so traditional games. This is the Ideal Family Friendly Day Outing and you don’t even have to be Scottish to enjoy the day.
Major Events: Bundanoon Stones, Australian Highland Heavy Weight Championship and
MASSED PIPES and DRUMS FINALE 4:00pm.
