About Berriwillock Rodeo 2025
Local rodeo incorporating Woodall Rodeo Productions.
Including Open Bullride, bareback, saddle bronc, ladies barrel and junior events.
Food court incorporating 10 food trucks, kids entertainment area, including jumping castle, mechanical bull ride, ice cream van and BBQ.
VIP members area including Marquee, Free food and drinks, premium viewing area for the duration of the event.
Opening at 2pm it is a Licensed venue with bar facilities, free parking and free camping is available.
Live music from 8pm to late, and cooked breakfast available from 7am the next morning.
Terms & Conditions.
1. VIP are available online ONLY. General admission tickets will be available online and at the gate.
2. General Entry ticket holders need TO BRING THEIR OWN CAMPING CHAIR.
3. Children under the age of 16 MUST be always accompanied by an adult, this is a licensed event.
4. Children under 5 years old are FREE and require no ticket for general entry.
5. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and to also remove any person behaving inappropriately.
6. All entry tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people.
7. VIP ticket holders are required to be 18+. Included in your package price is access into the VIP area with marquee and premium viewing. Complementary beer, wine, & soft drinks. Spirits are available at bar prices.
8. No commercial photography, filming or recording is permitted without prior permission from the organisers.
9. All ticket holders understand they may be filmed or photographed while attending this event.
10. There will be PLENTY of food and beverages available around the grounds with a fully licensed bar. No external Commercial food (eg external pizza) to be brought into the venue.
11. Management reserves the right to inspect all bags upon entering and exiting the venue.
12. NO glass and NO BYO ALCOHOL by Law. Sealed unopened soft drinks or water bottles are permitted. Eskys will NOT be permitted into the venue.
13. Patrons will NOT be permitted to bring any glass items into the venue.
14. No dogs allowed into the event.
15. Free camping is available from Friday 28th February, with Live Music, Bar and BBQ.
16. This is an outdoor event - we recommend you bring along a hat and sunscreen if needed.
17. No RE-ENTRY into event entertainment area after 7:00pm.
18. Drink tickets are non-refundable.
